Customer Problem:

A major aerospace corporation approached InfoFUSION for assistance in updating an existing command and control system to take advantage of the latest software technologies. The legacy system was difficult to use, requiring thousands of man-hours to develop, verify and upload complex command sequences. The legacy system software was complex and understood well only by the engineers that used the system.

InfoFUSION Solution:

The InfoFUSION team worked with the customer's engineers to codify the rules for the command and control system. These rules were used to develop a visual programming environment that frees the engineers from the necessity of memorizing the rules of the legacy system. Using the tool that InfoFUSION developed, engineers are now able to focus on the mission at hand, and allow the Visual Programming Tool to enforce the detailed rules of command sequence construction.

This customer recognized InfoFUSION's capabilities to develop complex, state of the art software systems and employed them to solve a significant problem in a critically important system.
